Jetline LWS-120 Longitudinal Seam welder, 3050mm
- Jetline longitudinal seam welder, model LWS-120 with Series 9500 controls with ALC and torch height control
- Longitudinal seam welding is a process used to produce linear welds on a wide variety of parts.
- Suitable for many industrial applications where it is necessary to form the material into a desired shape, e.g. a cylinder or rectangular tube, and then weld the edges together to form a rigid structure
- Traditional methods were to hold edges toegether and tack weld. This is costly in labour time and defects.
- A seam welder provides a solution to this type of production by optimising the welding process, reduce welding costs and improve the quality of the weld.
- Extended Side beam, 1500mm weld length to allow a head and tail stock or welding positioner to be used for circumferential welds
- This Jetline seam welder will produce a butt weld free of emtl-through, burnbacks, extreme shirnkage or distortion
